Manner and Extent of Data Processing:

In principle no personal data concerning users of this website are processed. In particular no cookies are used here.

For statistical purposes some information is collected by the web service provider (time of visit, type of browser etc., see In 1&1 Webanalytics erfasste Informationen). The temporary storage of the IP-address by the system is required to enable delivery of the website to the user's computer.

We ourselves use data provided by You by means of the contact form solely to answer Your request and for further communication.

There will be no disclosure of this data to third parties.

Storage Duration and Erasure:

The personal data will be erased when the purpose of their storage is no longer applicable.
Locking or erasure of the data will also take place when a storage time limit expires which is prescribed by legal standards.

Any further storage shall only occur if it is needed for further performing of a contract or if this is stipulated by the european or national legislator by means of any acts, laws or other prescriptions which the person in charge is subject to.

Rights of Affected Persons:

As far as Your personal data is processed, You as the data subject wrto. GDPR are entitled to the following rights:

  1. Accordant to art. 15 GDPR You shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not Your personal data are being processed and if yes, which categories of personal data are affected and to what amount this processing is done.
  2. Art. 16 GDPR entitles You to have any faulty data which You are the subject of corrected and/or completed.
  3. You can insist upon immediate erasure of Your personal data compliant to art. 17 GDPR, unless superior laws or prescriptions enjoin this.
  4. You shall have the right to revoke any consent under the terms of art. 7 sec. 3 GDPR. This does not affect the rightfulness of the previous processing of data.
  5. Finally under art. 77 GDPR You are able to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
